Our Safety Program uses a number of tools for compliance in applicable regulatory, statutory and industry safe work practices, and these tools help us conduct business in a safe manner that meet's our goal of Zero Accidents/Incidents.

Planning
Project safety planning begins with a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) that consists of sub-plans, such as the Safety Execution Plan (SEP). This plan identifies procedures and policies to execute safe projects. Items identified in the SEP include (but are not limited to): specific orientation and training requirements; special hazard plans (Fire and Wildfire Prevention and Mitigation Plan; Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan; Trenching and Excavation Plan); emergency preparedness and response; first aid/medical coverage; and many other items. Additionally, specific task planning is conducted by individual crews on a daily basis.
Training
Employee Safety training is an important aspect in project success. Many regulatory training requirements exist in the construction industry to ensure worker protection from hazards in the workplace. We ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry training through our safety program, policy, rule and procedure meets our company goal of obtaining Zero Accidents/Incidents when the beliefs, values, and abilities of management are engaged properly.
Monitoring
Project monitoring consists of project audits, crew inspections, management surveys and evaluations, employee perception surveys and observation, and coaching reports. In addition, incident reports and the data accumulated identify leading indicators and behavioral aspects that allow us to focus on needed improvements before negative consequences result.
Reporting
Dynamic reporting helps us implement our goals of obtaining Zero Accidents/Incidents!
